Refund Policy for Paintings

Due to the collective nature of art and art products, we do not accept refunds, returns or exchanges unless the item you have received is damaged.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us with details of the product and the damage. We may ask for photos in order to assess the damage.

Upon fully examining your claim, we will notify you as to whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the damage. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

Refund/Return Policy for Customized Products

Studio Jeune Art works with a third party company to create our customized products.

If you receive a defective/misprinted/damaged item(s), you must contact Studio Jeune Art asap within 30 days after the product has been received. Please provide as much information in your email, including the order number and pictures of damaged item(s). We will then help you submit your claim to our third party partner. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

If you wish to return a product(s) or request a size exchange, you must contact Studio Jeune Art asap within 30 days after the product has been received. Upon fully examining your claim, we will notify you as to whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement. If entitled, we will then help you submit your claim to our third party partner.
